Bonnie Robertson and Matthew Toennies are Arkansas natives with a passion for providing secure, comfortable, and convenient housing for travel nurses and other professionals seeking mid-term leasing in Little Rock, Arkansas.
We started Oasis in 2019 as an innovative housing solution for traveling nurses. We are so proud of medical professionals who sacrifice to help save lives and keep our community healthy. We need nurses to focus on their jobs, so we need them to good quality rest at home. That’s where Oasis comes in.
We understand that you might have short notice when you need to relocate to Little Rock, so we’ve thought of everything for you. We’re professionals ourselves and understand how taxing your job can be, so you can count on us to dot all the i’s and cross all the t’s when you move here and while you’re living at Oasis. You can count on us.
Bonnie Robertson (and Apollo)
Bonnie Robertson is an Arkansas native and a licensed, practicing attorney in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is also the creator of Oasis, an innovative mid-term housing solution possible because of her love of real estate, hosting, and interior design. Bonnie prides herself on being personally accessible to her residents. She also has a hands-on management role with Oasis to make sure it’s an excellent source of housing and related, residential services for tenants. Bonnie works every day to ensure Oasis tenants have a secure, comfortable, and convenient happy place to call home while staying in Little Rock.
Matthew Toennies (and Cicero)
Matthew Toennies is an Arkansas native who enjoys taking in all that Little Rock has to offer. As the Oasis manager/administrator, Matthew’s detail-oriented personality allows him to handle all the tedious aspects of securing and maintaining housing so Oasis residents can have a hassle-free transition into the Oasis properties. Matthew quickly responds to tenant messages and requests, while remaining mindful of each tenant’s needs, knowing the goal of Oasis is to provide a tailored, full-service living experience. When he’s not working, Matthew can be found sewing, gaming, or playing with his dogs.

We want you to reach out to us. We will handle any of your repair requests and concerns as though they were our own. Because, in a way, they are! We personally own and manage each of the properties, and have a very unique goal of providing a full-service living experience for you.
